Volunteer Waiver

Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering with Silicon Valley Pride. As part of this process, we are required to obtain from all volunteers a general liability waiver prior to any unpaid volunteers assisting with pride. See below for a copy of this waiver:

If the main volunteer is under 18, this form must be signed by both the volunteer and the parent/legal guardian of the Volunteer:

Minor / Guardian Volunteer Waiver

For all other Volunteers:

Non-Minor Volunteer Waiver

 

If you are unable to print these documents prior to your scheduled volunteer time, Silicon Valley Pride will provide a copy of the waiver for you to sign.
