Jamie Todd Cabrera is a San Jose native whose career is rooted in a simple, powerful mission: fostering authentic connections and helping our community reach its full potential. To Jamie, being an executive isn’t just about strategic leadership—it’s about integrity, shared knowledge, and showing up for the people who make the Silicon Valley region thrive.

Jamie’s journey has always been about bridging gaps. Whether he was navigating the fast-paced worlds of finance and real estate or managing community operations, he has served as a vital link between large organizations and the individuals they serve. During his time at Compass, he focused on more than just technology; he focused on the people behind the tools, ensuring they had the support and strategic partnerships needed to succeed.

His dedication to civil service and inclusive visibility was never more evident than during his tenure at Airbnb. Hand-selected as a Security Ambassador for the San Francisco Pride Parade, Jamie acted as a guardian of both safety and spirit, ensuring a secure, welcoming environment for one of our community’s most vital celebrations of identity and joy.

As a Full-Stack Business Consultant, Jamie now pours his expertise into the "roots" of our local economy. Through his own firm, he walks alongside emerging businesses during their critical incubation stages. He doesn’t just offer advice; he provides end-to-end guidance in: Asset & Operational Management: Creating sustainable systems that respect a business's unique mission, Visibility & Branding: Helping local voices be heard in a crowded market, Progressive Growth: Tracking real-world success to ensure long-term stability and efficiency. 

Jamie believes that technology and data are only useful if they serve a human purpose. Drawing on his experience with Wells Fargo, Allied Universal, and Compass - he translates complex ideas into accessible strategies that empower everyone, not just those with technical backgrounds.

Beyond the spreadsheets and community meetings, Jamie finds his balance in the world around him. He is a firm believer in the patience and growth found in gardening, and he frequently finds inspiration in the halls of museums, where history and art offer fresh perspectives on today’s challenges. 

Whether he is nurturing a new plant or studying a curated exhibit, Jamie carries that same sense of curiosity and care into his work as our Chief Growth Officer, committed to building a more inclusive and diverse space for us all.
