Be a Vendor at Silicon Valley PRIDE 2026

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Silicon Valley PRIDE Festival 2026! This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your business, organization, or cause while celebrating diversity and inclusion in the heart of Downtown San Jose.

Vendor booths offer a prime space to connect with thousands of attendees, whether you’re selling merchandise, providing services, or sharing valuable resources.

Event Details

Location: Plaza Park, Downtown San Jose

Dates & Times:

  • Night Festival: Saturday, August 29, 2026 | 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

  • Day Festival: Sunday, August 30, 2026 | 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

  • Vendor Space: Price covers participation for one or both days.

Pricing & Equipment Rentals

Vendor Space

  • Price: Packages start at $475 – Non-Food Vendor & Non-Profit Vendor Space (10’ x 10’ booth area)
    ✨ Limited availability—secure your spot now

Additional Rentals (Optional)

  • $325 – Special Booth Package (Includes 10’ x 10’ pop-up tent, 2 chairs, 1 table)

  • $250 – 10’ x 10’ Pop-Up Tent (vendor to provide stability for tent - ie. sandbag or cement block)

  • $75 – Table (8’ x 30”)

  • $25 – Folding Chair (Each)

Guidelines

  • Vendor space is confirmed only after payment is received in full.

  • Vendors are responsible for securing required permits and insurance (if applicable).

  • Vendors must arrive early for setup and follow teardown guidelines.

  • Electricity is required for Saturday night vendors and must be reserved in advance.

  • Vendors must comply with all city, county, and state regulations regarding safety and operations.

Check-In & Setup

  • Check-in Location: Southbound Market Street from San Fernando

  • Saturday Setup: 11:00 AM to 4:45 PM (Recommended for all vendors)

  • Sunday Setup: 7:00 AM to 9:45 AM (Limited time for setup)

Vendor vehicles must be under 13 feet. Vendors will receive 8 wristbands per booth space for team members.

Policies & Requirements

Liability Insurance:
Vendors carrying general liability insurance must submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Silicon Valley PRIDE and the City of San Jose as additional insured parties. Minimum coverage of $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate.

Permits & Licenses:
All sellers must have a valid seller’s permit and comply with tax collection requirements. Food vendors must secure a Santa Clara County Health Permit.

Booth & Tent Guidelines:
Vendors may bring their own tent, tables, and chairs or rent them through the festival. If bringing your own structure, please contact us for approval before submitting your application.

Electricity & Lighting:
Saturday night vendors must have lighting for their booths. Limited electricity is available and must be requested at the time of registration. No generators are permitted, with the exception of food trucks.

Merchandise & Food Sales:
All items being sold or distributed must be pre-approved. Only food vendors may sell food or beverages. Violators are subject to removal from the festival.

Health & Safety Considerations:
Vendors must follow all CDC, city, and state health guidelines. Anyone experiencing symptoms of illness should not attend the festival.

How do I secure my vendor space?

Complete the vendor registration form, submit payment, and provide any required permits and insurance documents.

Can I update my registration after submitting?

Once submitted, vendor forms cannot be changed. If you need to make updates email vendor@svpride.com.

Can I participate in both the Parade and as a Vendor?

Yes! The registration form allows you to sign up for both. Be sure to select the Festival AND Parade option when filling out the form.

Can I choose my booth location?

Booth placement is determined by the Festival Coordinator and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

When will I receive vendor packets with final details?

Vendor packets, including setup instructions and maps, will be emailed approximately two weeks before the festival.
