Thank you for your interest on participating at our annual LGBTQ+ Festival.
Please see below helpful information to register to participate.
DATE AND TIME:
Saturday, August 24, 2024. 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Sunday, August 25, 2024. 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
LOCATION:
Plaza de César Chávez, Downtown San Jose.
OTHER INFORMATION:

The price is the same whether you participate Saturday, Sunday, or both days.

You are required to buy the Vendor Space.

Other equipment we rent out are canopy tents, tables, and chairs or you can bring your own at the festival.

Price List:
$650 Non-Food Vendor & Non-Profit Vendor Space
10'x10' feet space within the festival ground. Required for all vendors
$100 Electricity
Required if attending Saturday night. Optional for Sunday.
These items are optional (you can bring this to your space
but available for rent):
$300 Special Booth Package
one (1) 10'x10' pop up tent, two(2) folding chairs, and one (1) table
OR
$220 10'x10' Pop Up Tent
One Pop Up Tent along with sandbags
$60 Table (each)
8'x30" Table
$25 Folding Chair (each)
