Silicon Valley PRIDE is pleased to announce the appointment of Jerry Mai as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Jerry will serve in this role while the organization conducts a nationwide search for its next permanent Chief Executive Officer.

Jerry brings more than a decade of professional experience serving the LGBTQIA+ community. He joined the Silicon Valley PRIDE Board of Directors in 2021 as Chief Logistics Officer, where he led significant operational growth, expanded the festival footprint, strengthened community engagement efforts, and launched the organization’s first-ever 5K Pride Run. In 2024, Jerry was appointed Chief Operations Officer, further solidifying his leadership role within the organization.
